This week has been difficult.
I will not pretend otherwise. My mental health has felt heavy and fragile. I have been overwhelmed, tired, and tangled in thoughts I could not quite untie.
In the middle of all that, I decided to go live on TikTok. I almost didn’t. I felt small and quiet. But I clicked the button.
And you showed up.
You sent kind words. You made me laugh. You reminded me that I am not alone. It meant more than I can say.
To every single person who joined that live, thank you. You reminded me that community is powerful. That softness can be shared. That even in a bad week, joy can still slip through the cracks.
So I want to pass that feeling on. Here are two little things I have made for you this week. One to hold. One to smile at.
A tumbler for £10
All of our stainless steel tumblers are now just ten pounds each.
They keep tea hot for six hours and iced coffee cold for twelve.
They are spill-proof, lightweight, and a quiet little luxury in your day.
Because your hands deserve something lovely.
This offer runs until Tuesday 6th May 2025 at midnight.
Although between you and me, I may keep it going a little longer.

A free printable to make you smile
It is called Things I’m Supposed to Do for My Mental Health (But Probably Won’t).
A gentle, funny checklist for those of us who are trying our best, even if that looks like breathing deeply once and calling it progress.

If your week has been a lot, I see you.
If your mind feels messy, I am with you.
If you showed up for me, thank you. From the bottom of my tired but grateful heart.
Take the sip. Take the breath. Take the laugh.
You are doing better than you think.
With love,
Lisa x
