Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Royal Mail and begin once your order has been dispatched.
You will receive tracking details once your parcel has been sent. If your order appears delayed, please message me and I will look into it for you.
Delivery Information
Orders are sent to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please double check your address before placing your order.
Orders that weigh over 2kg may be sent via courier usually DPD.
A parcel is considered delivered when Royal Mail confirms delivery to the address supplied, or to a safe place or delivery preference you have selected.
If you nominate a safe place, please ensure it is secure. I cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the correct address or agreed safe location.
If Royal Mail delivers your parcel to the wrong address, please contact me as soon as possible. Delivery to an incorrect address is not considered fulfilled, and I will raise this with Royal Mail to resolve the issue.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Lost, Missing or Misdelivered Parcels
If your order has not arrived and does not show as delivered, or if you believe it has been delivered incorrectly, please contact me promptly.
I will raise an investigation with Royal Mail where required. Investigations can take up to 14 working days to complete.
Missing or misdelivered parcels must be reported within 14 working days of the expected delivery date so that an investigation can begin without delay.
If something has gone wrong, please message me. I genuinely care about my customers and will always do my best to resolve issues fairly and quickly.
