Best Application Surface – Please Read

For safest results, this decal is strongly recommended for application to rear window glass.

Glass provides:

• Strong, even adhesion
• Cleaner finish
• Safer removal
• No risk of lifting lacquer or paint

While this vinyl can be applied to smooth painted panels, permanent adhesive may damage paintwork during removal, especially on:

• Older vehicles
• Resprayed panels
• Areas with weakened clear coat
• Matte or satin finishes
• Previously repaired panels

For lowest risk and best long-term results, application to glass is advised.

Application Instructions

Apply in dry weather between 10°C and 25°C. Do not apply in rain, frost or direct harsh sunlight.

1. Clean the surface thoroughly using glass cleaner or isopropyl alcohol.

2. Ensure the surface is completely dry.

3. Position the decal while still attached to backing paper.

4. Rub firmly over the design to ensure the vinyl bonds to the transfer tape.

5. Carefully peel away the backing paper, leaving the vinyl attached to the transfer tape.

6. Align and apply to the surface.

7. Use a bank card or squeegee to press firmly from the centre outward, removing air bubbles.

8. Slowly peel away the transfer tape at a sharp angle.

Avoid washing the vehicle or using a pressure washer on the area for 24 to 48 hours after application.

Removal Guidance

This is permanent vinyl.

To remove:

1. Warm gently with a hairdryer to soften the adhesive.

2. Peel slowly from one corner.

3. Remove any residue using adhesive remover or rubbing alcohol.

Removal may leave adhesive residue and could damage paintwork if applied to painted panels. Always test removal methods in a small hidden area first.

Application to glass significantly reduces risk.
